1) When will it be ready to move in?

• We hope to have the building ready for move in sometime in September.

2) Is the building or space for sale?

• No, this is a fixed lease option, only.

3) Can it be used as a residential space?

• Occupancy of the space is limited to businesses which will enhance the downtown economy. Our goal isn’t too make money, only, its to help our overall downtown, too.

4) Is the back of the building also available for lease?

• At this time, it is not. The rear of the building will be completely separated and secure from the front space.

5) What requirements must I meet in order to lease the space?

• We are looking for the right tenant with a good reputation within the community.

6) What parking is available?

• Public parking is available in front of the building. Dedicated off-street parking next to the building may be available through an additional agreement.
